The forecasted storms stayed away, and the fresh but dry night ended up being quite a quick one. For the first time in the season we had 3 riders under 25'. Matt, Angus and Pete finished in the order, with Matt getting the fastest time for the year (so far).
The head wind on the way back seemed to annoy most riders, but the times were quite good in the end.
For the second week in a row we had a 'tourist' visiting the housing estate at the roundabout. Martin decided to go and have a look to see with his own eyes why that roundabout exit is not the right one. He reported back that there is really no finish line up there. In future the other riders would be well advised to take his word for it!
