Mark had done a brilliant job marking out the course using set aside land belonging to Aldeburgh Golf Course. Viv did her 3 laps first so she could time the rest of us. Then after a warm up lap we were set off at one minute intervals. It was obvious early on that it would be a close contest between Mark, John and Robert. Trevor and Becky were too busy falling off.
The course is a good mixture of woodland, open grassland, log jumps, technical sections and hard up hill slogs and hopefully we can do another one later in the season.
