Based on a standard time of 22.00 for the B10/9 course and calculated using the riders fastest time in a Plomesgate CC evening 10 mile TT during 1999 and/or 2000.
(Novices are given a handicap based on their first race and this handicap will remain with them for the remainder of season when all handicaps are reassessed for the following season.)
