29th September - Wormingford

10.5 miles - 'Lunchtime loop' done in the evening, spiced up with a quite dramatic puncture caused by a flint! [SS,JS]

27th & 28th September - Langham

16.6 miles. Early morning ride over to my Parents followed by evening ride to Shepherd & Dog [JS] [SS,JStr,JS]

22nd, 25th & 26th September - Wormingford

10.5/11.2 miles - 'Lunchtime loop' (Additional mileage from detour to avoid traffic lights!) [JS]

21st September - Sailing - Inner Bench Head & Pyefleet

21/09/08 Sail

11.8 miles. Very pleasant sail with gentle but reliable breezes. Saw lots of good bird life down Pyefleet [ACS,RAS,JS]

21st September - Abberton Reservoir & Layer

20.4 miles - 903ft Ascent. Early morning ride. Very chilly first thing! [SS,JS]

18th September - Nayland & Wormingford

21.7 miles - 899ft Ascent. Eveneing ride. Initially with Amis-Velo RT but I couldn't keep up!
Lovely evening with a Harvest Moon [JS]

40.2 miles - 1,691ft Ascent. Early morning ride. Initially cool and very foggy - still at least it wasn't windy for a change! [JS]

9th September - Chappel Beer Festival

16.8 miles - 671ft ascent. Previous years it's always been a warm, dry evening but this year it was cool and damp and the roads were filthy! Still the beer was fun and it was a good evening out. [SS,NS,JC,JS]

10.7 miles - Slight variant of 'Lunchtime Loop' with Robert on his bike. [RAS, JS]

1st September - Homebase

10.8 miles - 519ft Ascent. Ride over to Homebase at Tollgate one lunchtime. Massively windy! [JS]
