29th October - Wormingford, Nayland, Little Horkesley

miles - 568ft ascent. First evening ride after the clocks went back.
Very
autumnal with chilly fog down beside the river in places. [SS, JS]
29th October - Langham
15.1 miles - 363ft ascent. Lovely autumn morning's ride on the tandem. [HS, JS]
15th October - Crockleford, Ardleigh, Langham, Horkesley
18.4 miles - 612ft ascent. A bit of a different direction for a change to allow us to 'enjoy' the very strong wind. [SS, NS, JS]
8th October - Iron Latch, Gymes Dyke, Copford & Turkey Cock Lane

24th September - Copford, Messing, Tiptree & Tolleshunt Knights

miles - 986ft ascent. Trying out a new direction, only to find that the pub
in Messing
was shut so we ended up going on to Tolleshunt Knights which pumped up the
milage! [SS, NS, JS]
10th September - Assington, Stoke, Boxted and Langham

miles - 947ft ascent. Rather indirect route over to my parents to watch the
fly-in!
Surprisingly hot for the time of year.

8th September - Chappel & Wakes Colne Beer Festival
16.8 miles - 671ft ascent. Pleasant ride over to the Beer Festival with new rider Heiko! [HW. SS, NS, JS]
6th September - Fordham & Wormingford with the boys
10.3 miles - 269ft ascent. Evening ride with Simon on the trailer bike and Robert on his own bike [SPS, RS, JS]
