29th October - Thetford Forest Red Route

- Lovely autumnal day. Thetford was really quiet as it was a non-pupil day
not weekend.
Robert, Simon (and Helen!) had their first experience of single
track (a bit gloopy in places!) and did really well. [HS, RAS, SPS, JS]
27th October - Bures, Assington & Stoke by Nayland
22.6 miles - 880ft ascent. 20 mile before a pint challenge! It certainly made the pint more welcome! [SS, JS]
27th October - Tandem Tea-shop Ride
13.9 miles - Ride over to Philpots on the tandem via a slighty torturous route for a nice cuppa! [HS, JS]
21st October - Mount Bures
14.2 miles - 529ft ascent. Ride over to Mount Bures Thatcher's Arms for their Oktoberfest Beer Festival. [SS, JS]
20th October - Langham via Stoke by Nayland
23.5 miles - 882ft ascent. Enjoyable autumnal Sunday afternoon ride over to my parents. [JS]
