26th November - Langham

miles - 389ft ascent. In a fit of originality we did more or less the same
ride as Friday!
Windy and with wet/leaf-strewn roads following bad weather during the day

24th November - Langham

miles - 381ft ascent. Gentle ride for Jon to get back after his bruised ribs

Breezy damp ride - but blew the cobwebs out! [SS, JS]
12th November - Leavenheath & Nayland

Two
punctures and a walk home in the rain, two battery run outs and some airborne
gymnastics

It was a cracker & we were the guys on the bikes (groan!)
Pleasant evening ride on some different roads (and a different field!) [NS,

3rd November - Boxted & Langham

miles - 565ft ascent. Ooh, Nippy!! First really cold (later frosty) night
of the season.

bright night, Jon was dazzling everyone with his new lights -
just as
well given that Neil's gave up the ghost completely! [NS, SS, JS]
