miles - Gentle evening ride. Marvellous red sky at night. [JS]

& Fordham Loop
9.8 miles 277ft ascent - Quick ride out on the tandem to shake down the curry of the night before. [HS, JS]
14th July - Langham & Back
15 miles -Over to Mum & Dad's for a free meal whilst Helen was up in Eastbridge. [JS]
22nd July - Boxted, Polstead, Stone Street, Assington & Arger Fen

An enjoyable Sunday morning ride, taking in some hills and roads not
recently ridden.
Lots of good wildlife (Woodpeckers, Hares etc) and not one but two fords! [JS]
19th July - Sudbury

Trying somewhere new we headed south to Thorndon Country Park Near Brentwood.
The
track was pretty good hard packed gravel and the weather best described as brooding.
