26th April - Nayland & the Horkesleys

12.5 miles - Slater, Storey & Smith mega family ride. Out through Gt. Horkesley, a swoop down 'Burnt Dick Hill'
to Nayland then back up through Lt. Horkesley. [SS,RS,JackS,NS,JoeS,HS,RAS,JS]

26th April - Maldon & Coggeshall

51.5 miles - 1,916ft Ascent. Recce-ing a possible 49er route.
Early start and back before breakfast (most welcome it was too!) [JS]

25th April - Lunchtime Loop + Lt. Horkesley

11.3 miles - Usual lunch time ride with a little extra extension. [JS]

20th April - Philpots Nursery, Boxted Straight Road

24.1 miles - Rather long detour around Constable Country with the excuse of
going to the Station to pick up a travelcard for the week ahead! [JS]

17th April - Adastral from Ipswich Station via Bibb Way

20.2 miles - A couple of meetings was a good excuse for some miles!
Surprisingly cool and windy after a period of nicer weather. [JS]

13th April - Rendlesham Forest

7.4 miles - 240ft Ascent. Family ride around the yellow waymarked route from Tangham.

12th April - Greenstead Green & Halstead

31.5 miles - 1,224ft Ascent. Fresh morning ride exploring some new route possibilities
with some interesting back roads. [JS]

11th April - Fordham & Wormingford

10.5 miles, 274ft ascent - Normal lunch time loop reversed, for a change.
First ride this year on my racing bike - it felt good, although the day was a bit blustery. [JS]

10th April - Adastral Park to Eastbridge

21.5 miles - 774ft Ascent. Ride over to Helen's parents' following meeting at Labs.
The ride started off warm and sunny but got cooler with light showers nearer the coast. [JS]

5th April - Fordham. Mount Bures, Wormingford

17.2 miles - 631ft ascent. (Chilly!) Morning ride. [JS]

4th April - Boxted Mill, Stoke by Nayland, Lt. Horkesley

17.4 miles - 608ft ascent. Tandem ride with Robert to enjoy some good swoopy downhills and a drink stop at the Anchor! [RS, JS]

2nd April - Philpots Nursery, Boxted Straight Road

11.6 miles - Family ride out for a tea and cake with Simon & Robert! [SS,RS,JS]
